It started with a too-big oven.
Rosa Delgado bought a deck oven at a restaurant auction in 2017 with no plan that could justify it. The loaves outgrew her kitchen, then her garage, then the farmers market table — and Kiln took the corner spot on Vine Street in 2020.
Everything is naturally leavened, shaped by hand, and baked through the night by people who chose this strange, floury life on purpose. The flour is stone-milled an hour away. The butter is the expensive kind. You can taste both.
